as it is, i now have the current build dialed in at 50yrds.
had a couple guys ask me at bench rest where'd i get my rig.
i said ebay.
i play super dumb when people ask me about my builds.
although i did have one guy call me out on my 3011.
he said.. whered you get that pdw..
i said somewhere online.
he said 'oh it looks like a printed 3011.'
i said.. you got me.. :-)
youre sure the cups arent needed ?
the illustration seems to imply the spring is captured behind the cups.
although the cups arent clearly shown in the illustration.
i just removed the plastic pice seen in the attached.
and replaced with the printed part.
im able to shoot out a pencil from the barrel.. so functional trigger/firing-pin testing works.
ive tried every applicable combination.. it appears this may be a guide-rod geometry issue.
usk may be releasing another version that possibly fixes this..
yeah.. let me try troubleshooting some more..
the 45acp builds kinda are on pause at the moment..
i already spend wayy too much on this hobby.
so these days i just focus on 22lr/9mm builds.
even my 556/300/x39 ar builds dont even get love these days.
when you say matching do you mean matching in price ?
or can the rtb combo(barrel included) be used on this model(db22).
or is a printed barrel the only option ?
