Leber trigger reset/hammer follow issue

Hey all, I have a printed leber lower for my mp5. It hand cycles snap caps fine. Resets fine.

I take it to the range and it fires, ejects the spent casing, feeds the next round, but I am getting hammer follow.

Any ideas? Common things that cause this?

Has a ptr modified ejector, standard fcg, extra power hammer spring...
