A friend had a flashlight he wanted mounted to the M-Lok hand guard but any standard one he found was too small. His light measured 1 1/8” diameter. Adapted an existing file that only clamped on one side and adjusted the I.D. to fit. Uses printed M-Lok t nuts with an M3 screw and nut for each and four M4 screws and nuts for the clamp.
