But hypothetically, if I'm into letting steppers step (don't kink shame) does this new bill just allow me to seralize the firearm myself or does it need to be done by an FFL? What about fed regulations? My google-fu says yes I can just serialize it myself per this law + fed rules but wanted to check how you all do it if you live in a state that has similar requirements.
