I’ve got a BL A1 and have printed a decent amount of normal stuff including pew accessories but I’ve yet to print an upper or lower receiver. I’ve had my eye on a Ruger MK build but I don’t want it to go bust. If I’m wrong PLEASE LMK but:
- for the upper print vertically with threads at apex
- lower/frame rails up for ease of support removal & holding tolerances
I have discovered by trial & error that sometimes the easy orientation isn’t the best but now I’m dealing with a new set of stresses and would like confirmation from people have done this & that still have all 10 fingers

So I followed some advice from a post on this sub saying to shave the trigger connector on this small piece that protrudes. And now 1 out of 10 times when I rack my slide quickly it wont reset the trigger. Is this normal? Most of the time it works normal. Im not sure if its even setting the firing pin either but I just don’t want to rack it and it shoots my fingers off 😭 hopefully someone has experience with this

Printing a drum right now and I remembered some posts about a year or two ago where someone loaded some Glock mags and left them until they split. I think they did drop tests and kinda went nuts.
